Shoper users have access to special editions of subscription plans in PushPushGo. Currently available plans are Shoper Starter, Shoper Basic and Shoper Pro

Shoper Starter

Shoper Starter is a free and indefinite PushPushGo plan for Shoper stores. It allows you to launch your first messages and collect web push subscribers at no cost.

What happens when you reach the subscriber limit

• New subscribers are still collected and saved to your account.
• However, they will not receive mailings as long as you are using the Starter plan.
• After upgrading to the Basic or Pro plan, all collected subscribers, including those over the limit, are included in mailings

Support

Starter Plan does not include email or phone support. You will find answers in our knowledge base and tutorials.

Plan rules

• The plan is free and valid indefinitely.
• The plan does not automatically switch to a paid plan. Changing the plan always requires your decision and acceptance of a new contract.
• Since the service is free, we do not guarantee its availability.
• The plan limits described in this article are part of the contract. We will inform you of any changes to the limits at least 30 days in advance.

How to stop using the plan

Uninstalling the application in Shoper does not terminate the contract. You terminate the contract by deleting your PushPushGo account.

Shoper Basic

Shoper Basic is a plan for Shoper stores that want to use the full set of onsite and pop-up scenarios, have the support of our team, and for those whose web push subscriber base has exceeded the limit of the Starter plan.

Price

You save PLN 100 per month compared to the standard price list – this is a fixed, predictable price, thanks to which you know exactly how much you will pay and for what, without the need to negotiate or add implementation costs.

Plan scope

Shoper Basic offers more than the standard Basic plan – instead of just onsite messages, you also receive pop-ups. The limit for both communication channels is 3 automatic scenarios per month. In total, you have six automations available to use.

In Shoper Basic, you have access to a full set of scenarios, including those based on pop-ups – e.g. exit-intent (preventing abandoned carts), which is one of the most frequently used and fastest revenue-generating scenarios among PushPushGo customers.

In addition, the Shoper Basic plan contains the same range of features as the standard PushPushGo Basic plan:

• Audience segmentation,
• Precise targeting without cookies and personal data (GDPR compliance),
• Campaign analytics.

Plan rules

• The plan is a monthly subscription,
• You can upgrade your plan from Shoper Basic to Shoper Pro yourself in the panel. Logo PushPushGo > Plan > Edit plan > Shoper Pro > Save changes. The higher plan will be available immediately, and the next invoice will be proportionally adjusted.
• Downgrading to a lower plan can be done in the same way, but switching to the lower plan will be scheduled for the next billing period (the first day of the next month). If project resources are exceeded (e.g. the number of projects or automations, you must manually adjust their quantity before the scheduled downgrade. Otherwise, the downgrade operation will be cancelled).
• The plan limits described in this article are part of the contract. We will inform you of any change to the limits at least 30 days in advance.

How to end using the plan

Uninstalling the application in Shoper does not terminate the contract. You terminate the contract by deleting your PushPushGo account.

Shoper Pro

Shoper Pro is a plan for Shoper stores that want to manage more than one project, use the full set of onsite and pop-up scenarios, and have the support of our team. It is also for those whose web push subscriber base has exceeded the Shoper Basic plan limit.

You save 10 EUR per month compared to the standard price list.

Plan scope

Shoper Pro offers more than the standard Pro plan. Instead of two communication channels, you have three: web push, onsite messages, and pop-ups. The limit for onsite messages and pop-ups is 3 automated scenarios per month in each of these channels. In total, you have six automations available.

In Shoper Pro, you can manage up to three projects, e.g., for multiple stores or language versions. Web push mailings reach up to 35,000 subscribers, which is 7 times more than in the Shoper Basic plan. You also get access to the full set of scenarios, including those based on pop-ups, e.g., exit-intent (preventing abandoned carts).

Furthermore, the Shoper Pro plan includes the same range of features as the standard PushPushGo Pro plan:

• audience segmentation,
• precise targeting without cookies and personal data (GDPR compliance),
• campaign analytics.

Plan rules

• The plan is a monthly subscription.
• You can change the plan from Shoper Pro to Shoper Basic yourself in the panel: PushPushGo Logo > Plan > Edit plan > Shoper Basic > Save changes. The lower plan will take effect from the next billing period (the first day of the next month).
• If your resources exceed the limits of the lower plan (e.g. number of projects or automations), you must manually reduce their number before the scheduled change. Otherwise, the downgrade to the lower plan will be cancelled.
• The plan limits described in this article are part of the agreement. We will inform you of any change in limits at least 30 days in advance.

Subscription progress

Subscriptions in Shoper Basic and Shoper Pro plans are billed monthly, with the option to cancel at any time. The notice period is one month.
